Features:
The low-range rotary torque sensor FYTN features advanced non-contact transformer technology, ensuring precise and reliable torque measurement in rotating systems. Unlike traditional designs, FYTN uses coil-based signal transmission from the rotating shaft to the stationary housing, eliminating mechanical contact. This innovative non-contact method reduces wear and tear caused by friction, enhancing durability and making the sensor virtually maintenance-free. The FYTN dynamic torque transducer supports a variety of rated capacities, including 0.01N*m, 0.02N-m, 0.05Nm, 0.1Nm, 0.2Nm, 0.5Nm, 1Nm, 2Nm, and 3Nm, suitable for clockwise and anticlockwise torque measurement. This flexibility makes it an excellent choice for applications requiring precision in low-range torque detection. The shaft torque meter FYTN can be equipped with an angle encoder or speed encoder, allowing it to measure angle or speed in addition to torque. Torque and speed channels output 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA, while the angle channel outputs a pulse signal (1024 pulses per revolution) for precise measurement. Typical applications of torque cell FYTN include bolt tightening torque measurement, servo motor torque feedback, and precision assembly. For applications requiring combined torque, speed, and angle measurement, we offer fully customized solutions tailored to your specific needs.
