The Web Tension Sensor FZTR is a high-performance flange load cell engineered by Forsentek to provide real-time detection and feedback of tension in industrial applications. Typically installed at both ends of a roller, the FZTR ensures accurate measurement for a smooth process flow. This versatile sensor is available in two versions: one integrates an NSK 2203 bearing to accommodate shafts with a 17mm diameter, while the other features bearing mounting slots designed to fit bearings with a diameter of 40mm and a height of 12mm or 16mm. The FZTR roll load cell offers four rated capacities—30kg, 50kg, 100kg, and 200kg—providing consistent, reliable output for efficient signal processing. In industries such as printing, packaging, paper manufacturing, and the textile industry, maintaining uniform web tension is crucial for preventing production issues.
