The FFW is a compact miniature tension compression load cell designed for accurate bidirectional force measurement in space-constrained applications. Manufactured from specially machined stainless steel, this strain gauge-based force transducer features a full Wheatstone bridge and provides a standard 2 mV/V output. Four measuring ranges are available: 50N, 100N, 200N, and 500N, with maximum non-linearity of 0.1% FS. Its cylindrical design, compact size, and robust construction make it suitable for equipment requiring reliable tension and compression force measurement.

The FFW also functions as a versatile push pull force sensor, featuring a flanged mounting surface at one end and an M4 female thread at the loading end. The threaded connection allows accessories such as threaded rods and eye bolts to be installed for different testing configurations. Typical applications include spring force testing, connector insertion and extraction testing, actuator thrust measurement, and mechanical load monitoring. Custom capacities, dimensions, and similar small force sensor configurations can also be developed according to specific application requirements.
