Miniature column load cell FFJ is strain gauge based delivering 2mV/V output from the full wheatstone bridge bonded on the specially machined element made of stainless steel. Small size cylindrical force sensor FFJ offers 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-300N / 0-500N five measuring ranges intended for both traction and compression force measurement, high accuracy with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full scale. One end with flanged surface can be used to fix the sensor, the other end with a M3 threaded hole in the center is loading side, the M3 internal thread can be used to mount accessories such as threaded rod, eye bolt for different applications. Typical applications of micro tension compression sensor FFJ are such as spring testing, connector insertion and extraction force measurement, actuator thrust measurement, etc. Similar design with other measuring ranges is customizable as per request of our clients.
